I had an initial call with the HR recruiter. Then, I went through two more rounds: one with a Lead BA and another with the Director. I felt good about each of those. After about a week and a half without hearing back, I followed up and was told they decided to go with someone who had previously worked there.

It was a tedious and repetitive process, where my English level was validated for three consecutive sessions even though I had already passed that test and have been speaking English since I was 8. They also asked me about several topics in different sessions that I had already explained were not my strength. I was not hired for roles in my strong areas. A very bad experience.
