So, the interview is about 50 minutes long and it's all technical, focusing on Digital electronics. They also ask a couple of questions on C or C++ programming, and one question on logical aptitude. This is a pretty good company for VLSI work. They offer a 6-month paid internship first, and if you do well, they might hire you.

I interviewed with a company in December 2021 where a senior manager led the interview. I felt good about my answers, but he started criticizing me, saying I didn't have semiconductor or software skills and was exaggerating my abilities. He even made fun of my cycling hobby, questioning my knowledge of it. I stayed calm for the whole 30 minutes. He then said I was selected, which was confusing after his comments. The salary negotiation was really bad. I decided not to join because I couldn't work with such a toxic boss and environment. While I know some bosses can be tough, his constant insults during the interview were not okay.

The interview process started with a written test covering verilog and digital electronics. Then there were two interview rounds. The second round involved questions about digital electronics (like logic gates, conversions, combinational and sequential circuits, flip flops, synchronous and asynchronous systems), Verilog basics, and some questions from a programming language of my choice. The final round was also an interview, and the questions were on the same topics.
