My interview process kicked off with a nice screening chat with Dan Henson. He was super encouraging and made me feel comfortable, giving me plenty of space to talk about my background without feeling pressured. Following that, I had a second interview with Allyson Ross and AJ Sneed. They were great to talk with, and we went over what the role involves and discussed my previous experience in support. The onboarding and training since then have been fantastic.

It was a speedy process with two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview, and a final chat with management. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and they gave me good feedback about the role. They answered all my questions and were upfront about travel time and compensation.

I got an email about a role I didn't apply for, and they wanted to interview me. I said I was interested but asked for a job description, which I never got. The recruiter said we'd discuss that role too. She was supposed to call at a certain time but emailed 15 minutes later saying she was in a meeting. We rescheduled, and she gave me a time outside my availability, but I made it work. Then, she called two hours early, having sent the wrong time. During the call, I could hear background noise from people talking and laughing. She mentioned a manager would follow up in the next two days, but that didn't happen. I was really unimpressed with the recruiter's professionalism and hope it's not reflective of the company culture.
