It was a straightforward interview with questions focusing on client communication, teamwork, personality fit, cultural alignment, and digital marketing knowledge. They asked about my background in data analysis, Excel, SEO, digital ads (including Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Bing), and probed for specific experiences in these areas.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I got the initial screening call from the HR recruiter, and then I was asked to come in to meet with the SEO and PPC managers. The managers were intimidating but for the good of the company.

Applied online and got a digital marketing skills test. The next day, got an email for a phone interview. Chatted with the recruiter about my experience and interest, and she explained responsibilities and answered my questions. A week later, went to the agency for an interview. Met with two directors, then a third. The interview was in-depth, with my resume closely examined. They seemed serious about intern work, and the process felt very structured. Expect behavioral and situational questions. Two weeks later, got and accepted the offer!
