Applied online and got a digital marketing skills test. The next day, got an email for a phone interview. Chatted with the recruiter about my experience and interest, and she explained responsibilities and answered my questions. A week later, went to the agency for an interview. Met with two directors, then a third. The interview was in-depth, with my resume closely examined. They seemed serious about intern work, and the process felt very structured. Expect behavioral and situational questions. Two weeks later, got and accepted the offer!

Super unorganized and unprofessional, left me with a bad view of the company. I applied online in November of 2016 through my university, completed an online math quiz, and didn't hear back from the company until February 2017, despite reaching out to reaffirm my interest. When they did get in touch, they seemed surprised when I told them I had already started an internship for that semester, and agreed to consider me for a summer position instead. They contacted me again in April to set up another phone interview, and when I provided my availability for the dates given, they stopped responding, despite continuing to advertise job openings on my university website. I attempted to contact them with no response, and gave up around early May. From application to scheduling the first interview was around 3 months, another month for the second round.

The interview process started with a phone screening. I was then offered an in-person interview, but it got canceled. After I sent a follow-up email, they offered me essentially the same position, but as an unpaid internship, which I found a bit strange. The HR person was slow to respond throughout the whole thing, and the entire process took over two months.

So, first there was this online assessment with some easy math questions. Then the interview itself, which was pretty chill. They really wanted to see if you're good with numbers and if you're okay with working with data.
