The interview process started with an individual case study. I had 1 hour to prepare and then a 15-minute presentation followed by a 20-minute Q&A. I was given an investor presentation, an annual report, and a broker report. My task was to prepare a company presentation covering its characteristics and products, conduct a SWOT analysis, and perform a valuation including EV bridge, EBITDA, and EV/EBITDA multiples. The presentation was in English with a member from the London office. After that, there were three 45-minute interview rounds with senior employees from both London and Paris. These interviews focused on personal fit and technical questions.

I applied a month before I heard back, and by the time I got an email, I'd already taken another job. I did let the recruiter know in my reply that I'd accepted another role, but still wanted to learn more about the company and position for future reference. The recruiter scheduled a call, which went well. He mentioned he'd connect me with the head of the helpdesk. I didn't realize I was being interviewed, but after our chat, he called back confused that I had already accepted a job and then abruptly ended the call. This was clearly stated in my initial response, but otherwise, the process was fine and I enjoyed it.
