The interview process was smooth, starting with an initial call with the recruiter, who was very nice, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. The entire process took about 2 weeks, tops. The interviews were oriented to your abilities to provide proper customer service using the STAR method.

Customer Service Representative
I had an initial chat with HR over the phone that lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then, HR sent an email with the details for the final interview. The next day, I got the email with the interview schedule and office location. When I went in, I met with the inbound team leader and the operations manager. It was a quick meeting, around 30-45 minutes. They said HR would let me know the outcome, and I got a call a few hours later saying I got the job. It was a pretty straightforward interview.

So after I passed some assessments, they got in touch. A recruiter reached out, but they didn't really know much about the hiring manager for the role, which was a bit of a bummer.
