First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PepsiCo.
Warehouse Manager
They called me about two months after I applied at the UTEP career fair. The interview included common questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what do you know about the company,' plus some situational questions to assess time management skills.
- Describe a situation where you managed several demanding tasks simultaneously. How did you prioritize them when they all seemed equally important?
Manufacturing Associate
Saw the ad on indeed.com, applied on the Pepsico website, the next day I was invited to choose an interview date and time. When I arrived everyone was welcoming, it looked like everyone loved their jobs. I was called back to interview with 2 people, they told me the interview would be based off of the STAR Interview Method. They each asked about 6+ questions each and at the end they told me I had to go through another interview similar to that one. I got called back to interview with 2 other people and they asked the same questions. They told me since it was a high volume of applicants i could expect to hear back within 4 to 6 weeks! After the interview you go on a tour of the facility and that’s it
- Can you describe a time you were in a leadership role?
Warehouse Manager
The process was smooth. First, I had an interview with HR. Then, I spoke with department managers. Finally, I met with the department manager who is hiring for the position.
- How do you prioritize your tasks?
