I had a straightforward interview with the keycap manager. We talked about my education, Excel, and data analysis. It was mostly about seeing if I was a personality fit. It took about an hour and I got an offer soon after.

It was a really basic, short phone interview. They actually didn't call at the scheduled time and ended up catching me while I was out for a run on a trail. There was also a significant time zone difference, which seemed to cause some confusion for the interviewer.

I first met them at the college career fair, and that led to an initial interview. A couple weeks after that, I had a second interview. This one was pretty easy, with a lot of questions about leadership. It turned out to be my final interview. Overall, it was a great interview process, not intimidating at all.
