The interview was incredibly frustrating. I got there early and waited in an empty lobby because there was no way to announce myself. After about 15 minutes, the first interviewer showed up. We talked for about 30 minutes and then someone else came out, saying I wasn't on the schedule. I offered to reschedule since I had time, but they said their scheduler was out for two weeks and they didn't want me to wait. They put me in an office with someone who seemed really annoyed to be interrupted. After a lot of eye-rolling and sighs while I explained benefits I'd already read, I offered to reschedule again. I wasn't asked about my past jobs, just given company info and had to sign a paper saying I understood it. It felt like they either already decided not to hire me, or they thought this was onboarding. They rushed through everything, and I was back outside with a promise of a callback. A week later, I was rejected, and it felt like I wasn't even given a real chance.

I interviewed at their headquarters with managers. They asked me about my expectations and experience. They described the typical tasks and responsibilities of the job. We also talked about salary, including hourly pay, overtime, and insurance benefits. There was some small talk too, to get a better feel for my personality, interests, and life outside of work. The interviewers were nice and friendly, and they seemed like people I could work with.
