The interview felt less like a chat and more like an interrogation. They asked questions that didn't seem to connect well. While they were professional, it wasn't a very welcoming vibe. I didn't come away feeling excited about the job because they didn't do a good job of selling the company to me.

I had an interview via zoom with a former intern and the program manager. They were super nice and kicked things off by asking me about myself. It started a bit slow, but then we got into it. They shared their past experiences and explained how the internship program works and what Peppercomm is aiming for right now. I heard back a couple of weeks later and didn't get an offer, but they mentioned I was a strong candidate and wanted to stay in touch.

I applied and then got an interview within 2 weeks. The interview was over Zoom and I spoke with an account associate and an account executive, who were both really nice. The interview felt rushed and it was more of a Q&A where they just went down my resume, asking questions that didn't connect to each other, rather than a real conversation.
