I had an interview via zoom with a former intern and the program manager. They were super nice and kicked things off by asking me about myself. It started a bit slow, but then we got into it. They shared their past experiences and explained how the internship program works and what Peppercomm is aiming for right now. I heard back a couple of weeks later and didn't get an offer, but they mentioned I was a strong candidate and wanted to stay in touch.

Applied through LinkedIn and heard back about a week and a half later. Then it went: Phone Screening, then an in-person interview with my direct manager, followed by an in-person interview with a partner. After that, there was a writing assignment/presentation, then a reference check, and finally, I got the JOB OFFER!!! The whole process was super smooth and everyone was really communicative throughout.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked about previous work, how I've handled clients, and my connections in the media industry. Since it's a mid-sized company, you might find yourself repeating answers since everyone on the team has a say in hiring. Everyone seemed pretty nice and intelligent.

Behavioral Other

I applied and then got an interview within 2 weeks. The interview was over Zoom and I spoke with an account associate and an account executive, who were both really nice. The interview felt rushed and it was more of a Q&A where they just went down my resume, asking questions that didn't connect to each other, rather than a real conversation.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you introduce yourself and walk me through your resume?
  • What is your interest in Public Relations?
