I chatted with some of the firm's current employees. We talked about their experiences, how they've grown their skills, and the different kinds of projects they've done. Everyone was super nice and really open. They answered my questions straight up and gave me some great tips for my own career path.

It was a very genuine, detailed, and kind process where they really wanted to understand how you would fit into the job and their culture. They took the process seriously and were transparent with great communication throughout.

Had an initial phone screen with HR that went well, then an in-person with a senior person. The interview was messy and unprofessional, held in a public lobby. The interviewer didn't know much about me and didn't have my resume. It was distracting with people around. I was then told this wasn't for a real job, just networking for the future. I'm annoyed because they posted fake jobs. It felt like they were just trying to publicize their small company. I'm not interested in working with them. HR said I was 'hard to communicate with,' which is surprising given my experience running a neighborhood association, fundraising, and giving presentations.

This job posting seems misleading; it feels like they don't actually have openings but are instead trying to gather information about the Minneapolis market for their own business development. I went through an interview where they mostly asked detailed questions about my current projects and clients, showing little interest in me as a candidate. They claim they're building a talent pipeline for future roles, but based on others' experiences, it sounds more like they're mining the market for business insights rather than genuinely looking to hire.
