Customer Service Representative
After submitting my application, I had a quick phone interview. Then I got an assessment emailed to me. After that, there was a zoom interview. I was told that training and passing a license test are required, all without pay. This could be up to 6 weeks without pay, and the job is dependent on passing the insurance license.
- Can you tell me about your previous call center experience?
Customer Service Representative
Terrible experience! I had an interview scheduled for a job that was advertised at $20/hr, but they called back to say it was actually $12/hr, which was surprising given I have a bachelor's degree with a double major and a minor. Unfortunately, I got very sick and had to be hospitalized for surgery. On top of that, my cousin had just passed away in a car accident, which they were aware of. Despite all this, they are now claiming I was a 'no call, no show' and won't work with me anymore, even though I got perfect scores on all their tests. They seem like a self-centered company. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here!
- Did you complete the computer testing?
Customer Service Representative
The process is pretty easy. They cover the cost of getting your license, and after 5 weeks of classes and 5 weeks of training, you'll be placed in your job. You'll be employed after that. I'll update this once I've completed everything.
- Could you tell me about your previous experience?
