SDET
Had a technical interview where we discussed automation, API testing, and problem-solving. The interviewers were helpful. They asked scenario-based questions to check my analytical thinking, communication skills, and how I make decisions on the spot. Overall, it was a good interview experience. Some questions were scenario-based.
- Can you tell me about the projects you've worked on and your experience with QA processes?
Business Analyst
The interview process was concise and brief. The people I met were very nice and knowledgeable, and they made me feel at ease and settled in. They had nice smiles throughout, which made the interview relaxing. It definitely felt like an environment to thrive in.
- Could you walk us through your background and experience?
Human Resources Assistant
This was for a potential client. I had an initial screen with the recruiter. I asked a question about the process and then got ghosted. I know I can't judge a company by one person, but candidate experience is really important to me. I've been in a similar role and I never had the words "I'm too busy" in my vocabulary.
- Could you tell me about your background?
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your prior position?
Recruiter
The interview process started with a phone call, followed by a Zoom interview with the recruiter. Then there was a predictive index assessment, a recorded video interview answering questions, and an interview with the branch manager. I believe there's one more interview after that. The branch manager and recruiter were nice and informative, but it felt like an interview to meet a quota. I learned a lot about the company and it sounds like a great place to work. It's a bummer I didn't get the job. The interviews seemed like a lot of work for a lower wage job.
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Describe a time you had to deal with disappointment.
