R&D Engineer

- Can you describe a situation from a past project where you would do things differently if given the chance?
R&D Engineer
Found this opportunity through an on-campus event. Make sure you're ready for the usual questions about solving problems, dealing with challenges, and troubleshooting issues. Also, prepare to discuss the project you're most proud of.
- Can you describe a time you had to solve a problem?
- Tell me about some challenges you've faced.
- How do you approach troubleshooting?
R&D Engineer
So there were four rounds total. It kicked off with a quick chat with the recruiter on the phone. After that, I had two one-on-one interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a manager from R&D. The final step was a panel interview with about five or six folks from the R&D team.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- Could you dive deeper into specific projects or your previous roles?
- How would you describe your technical grasp of the work you've performed?
