The hiring process lasted about a month. It kicked off with a chat with the recruiter. Then, there was a technical discussion and a hands-on lab exercise with the team leads, where I had to show how I troubleshoot and some basic network security attacks. After that, I spoke with the Customer Operations VP. Finally, I had a meeting where they gave me a verbal offer.

Four interviews in total. First interview was with a recruiter, a quick meeting to check for general fit. Second interview involved rapid-fire technical questions. Third interview was a supervised, hands-on technical 'CTF'. There were also significant delays in communication and long waiting times between interview stages.

It took about a month total for me, with six or seven rounds of interviews. This process can take some time, particularly if you're based in the US, as you'll be meeting with a lot of the Israeli team leadership. The people here really care about their employees and make sure that Pentera is a good fit for you and you're a good fit for Pentera. So, the interviews are quite thorough, but everyone involved in the interview process, and even after you're hired, is super supportive and always willing to help others succeed.
