It was pretty standard and casual. We went over my portfolio with a few questions and answers. I had to explain the concept and execution process for my work. I showed about 3-4 key pieces, spending about 8-10 minutes on each. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. I interviewed with an associate partner, but not the partner.

Behavioral

The interview started late. After introductions, I began discussing a project. However, the interviewer seemed disengaged, using their laptop and speaking in another language with a colleague. They ended the interview prematurely after only fifteen minutes. It was the rudest and most arrogant interaction I've experienced professionally.

Behavioral Presentation

I presented my portfolio on my laptop. Two Senior Designers interviewed me. They talked about the work environment, and we finished with questions. They didn't ask tough questions. It felt like a comfortable interview, mostly to show my work and see if I was a good fit.
