It was pretty standard and casual. We went over my portfolio with a few questions and answers. I had to explain the concept and execution process for my work. I showed about 3-4 key pieces, spending about 8-10 minutes on each. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. I interviewed with an associate partner, but not the partner.

It was a really chill and easy interview. They gave us a screen, and it was scheduled super last minute. It was nice to be in the office. Having the interview privately in a conference room was a big help. The low-pressure vibe made it easy to talk about what I can do and what I want to do. I showed my portfolio website.

I spoke with a partner and associate partner. It was a pretty chill chat and they made me feel really at ease. They wanted to see my portfolio and website and asked a bunch of stuff about how I approach design and my history. We had a good time, and then they showed me around the office which was, wow, amazing.
