First, I had a chat with HR, which was pretty standard. They asked me about things like how I communicate and how I network professionally. Then, I was quickly moved on to two employees for two separate one-hour case studies. The questions in the first case study were actually kind of irrelevant to the job, focusing on foreign affairs, which was a bit of a bummer.

Went through 3 rounds really quickly. It started general and got more specific. It wasn't too formal, which was nice. I got a good sense of the job, how hard it would be, and the company vibe.

The interview process moved pretty quickly. I had a screening chat with HR, then a second round where I worked through some hypotheticals with 2 staff members. After that, there were 2 more interviews back-to-back with senior staff, and finally, a writing exercise that I had 1 hour to complete. Sadly, I was ghosted by HR after the 4 rounds of interviews, which was pretty unprofessional given all the time and effort I invested.
