Applied online. Got a call from HR for a brief phone screen, but the HR person wasn't very friendly. Next, interviewed with the Regional Manager. They mentioned a second interview with the VP would happen. I sent a thank you note, but then heard nothing. I didn't follow up further.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a 1-on-1 interview and then some testing, finally ending with a background check. Negotiating salary was a bit of a challenge as they wanted to pay less than advertised. I spoke to some current employees who mentioned they took the entry-level pay with a promise of an adjustment after 90 days, but HR wouldn't confirm this in writing, which made me a bit uneasy.

I spoke with the property manager over the phone, and then they scheduled an appointment for me to meet with them and the regional property manager. I went in and sat for about an hour, talking about my background and experience. We also talked about their company, the corporate culture, and benefits.
