Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process started with a phone call with the recruitment team where we talked about my past HR experiences. Then, there was a face-to-face interview that included a role-play activity, questions about my competencies, and general discussions about my background. The interviewers, Kate and Emily, were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They're good at helping with nerves and sharing details about the job, the company, and how the application works.

Had a 30 min interview and they asked some scenario based questions. I think I answered most of them well. The reason I didn't get the job was because I wasn't able to take a pay cut. If you're aiming for a Junior Advisory role and are new to HR, this might be a good place to apply.
