I had 2 rounds of interviews. First, I talked to a consultant. Then, there was a 1-hour interview with three different consultants, with each interview lasting 20 minutes. A month after that, they let me know my decision over the phone.

Behavioral

First, I had a call with a recruiter. After that, there were three more interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. All of them were focused on behavioral aspects, asking about my experience and how comfortable I am with doing implementations. There weren't any technical questions or case studies. The people I met were all really nice and welcoming.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole thing took about 6 weeks. It started with a recruiter reaching out by email, followed by a quick phone chat. A couple weeks later, I had some interviews with other consultants. They were friendly and the interviews were pretty standard, asking things like about my past consulting work, what I liked and disliked, and how I handled client problems. A week after that, the recruiter gave me good feedback and we set up another interview with a Manager. After that last one, I got ghosted. I tried reaching out for about 3 weeks via email and phone calls, and finally heard back with a 'stay in touch' kind of message, even though they were impressed. So, Peloton seems like a cool company with smart people. The interview process felt a bit long, and I never got a formal rejection. It felt disrespectful to be ignored after four interviews and all the effort I put into researching and preparing.
