The interview process was pretty thorough. I had a preliminary call with HR, and then one interview with a managing consultant. After that, I had 3 back-to-back interviews over Teams with 1-2 consultants each. I made a personalized portfolio to show them during the interviews. It was mostly about communication and personality fit, but there were a few technical questions. My best advice is to look up your interviewers beforehand and ask them questions about their career experience, how they got promoted early, etc.

The first interview was on campus with a Manager, and it was a really nice experience; they were very approachable. They didn't ask any trick questions, just wanted to see how much I knew about finance, accounting, and technology. I got a quick response and was invited to their Super Day. Super Day was also pretty laid-back. I met six different people across three back-to-back 30-minute 2-on-1 interviews. Again, no difficult questions or brain teasers. The focus was on how I think, work in teams, and solve problems. I heard back about an offer within a week.
