I got a call from a recruiter and then had a phone interview. After that, we set up an in-person interview. I was given a job offer and then had to do a drug test and a physical screening which determines your placement if you pass.

Had three interviews, one with the recruiter, then one with the site manager and operations manager, and lastly one with the HR manager. They were pretty good about responding and answering my questions. They were understanding about doing the interviews virtually because of my location before I move.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a 30-minute phone interview. Then, a really draining on-site interview that included job-shadowing. You have to talk to about seven different people, and they're all skeptical about everything you say. If you're white, it's probably fine and they'll be nice. But if you're not white, don't bother. They'll be super rude and disrespectful, trying to push you to your limits, no matter how prepared you are. When I asked HR about challenges for my team if I got the job, they just yielded at me. Diversity is basically non-existent here. It was one of the worst interview experiences ever.
