Got past the initial call and video interview, then progressed to the in person interview in a matter of a week which seemed rather rushed. The in-person interview was fairly standard with the hiring managers being professional and polite. They did bring up some fairly major duties in the interview that weren't on the job spec though a bit sus. Anyway I left feeling like I did well, I then waited 2 1/2 weeks to then receive a generic rejection email. This email was the typical corporate waffle saying due to the early stage of my application I couldn't get any feedback, this obviously was rubbish as they had literally seen me for a final interview?! I sent them an email back being rather nice and asking for some feedback and I wanted to improve on my interview technique and see why I didnt get it etc. I sent this a solid month ago and haven't heard back.

It was a good interview experience. The HR was very clear with the questions. The questions were based on my experience and I was offered to ask questions in return to see how I fit the role.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.

I got an email asking me to do a screening call and they said I didn't need to prepare for it. I did check out their website, but it's a bit confusing and unclear at first glance, so it's not obvious what they do or what my role would be based on the job description. During the call, we talked about my background and why I wanted to work at PEI, and what I knew about the company. Since they told me not to prepare, I didn't know much. They gave me some helpful feedback, which I appreciated, about researching a company before an interview. However, it felt a little condescending given they told me not to prepare beforehand. Still, I valued the advice and made sure to do a lot of research for the next interview. They recommended me for a second interview later that week, and I did more research on the company (like their locations, competitors, size, revenue, etc.). In the second interview, I spoke with one person. They asked similar questions about my experience and interest. This time, I was better prepared with more info about PEI, which was useful. The interviewer was great and helped me out when I was stuck. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week. The person from the first call emailed me quickly after, wanting to do one last interview. In the third interview, I answered similar questions again, plus some situational ones about teamwork, working alone, handling busy workloads, etc. The other interviewer asked follow-up questions as needed, but the main questions came from the person from the first interview. They again said they'd let me know by the end of the week or early the next, and I never heard back.
