So, first there was this screening with a partner, then a deliverable where I had to review one of their potential companies. After that, the final round was supposed to be pitching a company I picked. That seemed to go fine. I waited a week, and then the other partner texted me to set up a call for the next day. I replied fast, but he didn't call. Instead, he called me late at night two days later and asked me to come in for a meeting with their clients the next morning at 9 AM. It was weird, but I did it and it seemed okay. A week later, they said I'd have another "final round" onsite. I was really tired by then but I went. The partner who met me said he hadn't even seen my resume and asked me to start from the beginning, even though he was the one handling all the emails. Then I met Bill, who seemed like the only normal person there. After that was the actual final round with their CSO. He asked me about doing three days in the office and two days remote, which was totally different from what was advertised online. I said I'd think about it if the pay was right and asked about the salary range. He said it "should be on Handshake" but it wasn't. When I told him, he said he couldn't tell me and insisted the range had to be listed somewhere. At that point, I was so over it that I gave a lower salary range than I wanted just to finish it. And then... nothing. They ghosted me. Luckily, it worked out, and I got a much better job somewhere that actually respects people. Don't even waste your time interviewing with them.

Behavioral Technical

it was pretty simple, they started with behavioral questions in the first interview and then got more technical later on. The first step was a phone screening, followed by a zoom call with two managers.

Behavioral

Bad interview experience. A partner reached out to me directly, no recruiter involved. The partner seemed uninterested and dismissive, not paying attention to my answers. It felt like they had already decided against me before the interview even started. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
