Assistant Manager
The interview process involved questions about general background knowledge and common interview queries. It's advisable to brush up on general interview questions, and you should be fine. The interviewer didn't appear particularly engaged.
- Can you share an instance when you felt you were outside of your comfort zone?
- Describe a situation where you had to collaborate within a team.
- Recount an experience where events did not proceed as you had hoped.
Senior Manager
The hiring process was quick and personal. They were always available to answer questions and take calls. There were multiple interviews with different employees in a relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes interview times shifted due to circumstances, but they always provided a quick follow-up or update. The interviews gave a good feel for the company.
- Tell me about your favorite coffee.
Manager
Got referred by a former colleague. Reached out to the hiring manager directly with my resume. After some email exchanges, the recruiter got in touch to schedule in-person interviews and set up my travel since I was coming from out of state. The whole scheduling and recruiting thing was super smooth, and the recruiter was really helpful with any questions I had. I ended up meeting with six different people over two days, and they even took me out to lunch on the first day.
- Can you tell me about your previous roles and experiences, and how they relate to this job?
- How do your previous experiences align with the requirements of this open position?
- Considering the company is small and everyone works closely, how do you think your personality would fit in?
