This involved a series of five questions about my past teaching work, my ideas on teaching, my best approaches (Transformational Practises), how I use resources (Ministry and Peel Board ones, docs, tools), my understanding of ministry expectations (Ontario curriculum), and my planning abilities (long-range, short-term, smart goals, teaching-learning critical pathway), plus teamwork skills. I also had time to ask the admin about their expectations, school routines, community needs, staff dynamics, and school vision. Bringing samples of work and proof of productivity would be good. A professional portfolio might not be shown but it's wise to have it ready. More artifacts to show and discuss.
