Sharepoint Developer
They kicked off with a presentation about the company, then moved to some questions. It was followed by asking me to talk about myself and then some usual questions related to sharepoint development. They also threw in some behavioural questions about handling interactions with people from diverse backgrounds, since peel is a very diverse place.

Compensation Analyst
The interview was an hour long and in person. It involved a presentation. Then there were about five to seven questions afterward. The two people interviewing documented everything. It took place in a small room in the HR office.

Teacher
The interview lasted 30 minutes and included questions about handling student misbehavior, math and literacy programming, and equity. It was important to give many examples of how you foster a welcoming classroom environment.

HR Representative
I got an email to join a virtual interview within a week after applying on Linkedin. Two senior members interviewed me, asking questions from a word doc that was shared on my screen. They asked very hard behavioral questions, but were patient and listened well. The next step was a reference request.
