First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peckham.
Data Center Engineer
It took about 2 months from when I applied to get a response. Then, I had a Teams interview and an in-person interview about two weeks later. After the in-person interview, it was almost 3 weeks before I heard back about a decision. I tried following up a lot via email and calls to the HR recruiter, but they never responded. Honestly, the time it took to get a decision back felt really unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Describe a time you had to deal with a frustrated customer.
Communications Manager
The interview process for this role involved an initial hour-long Microsoft Teams meeting with two members of the Peckham team. Following that, a presentation of 8-10 minutes was required, focusing on an entire internal communications strategy.
- What prompts your departure from your present position?
Customer Service Representative
First, they call you to schedule a Zoom interview. After the interview, they will email you tests to complete, such as typing tests, computer knowledge tests, and if you are bilingual, a Spanish test.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Sewing Machine Operator
The initial hiring process took about an hour. During COVID-19, I had an online interview. They asked about my experience and if I had ever operated a sewing machine. There was a two-week training period, and they don't actually hire you for three months.
