After applying, a recruiter reached out via email and phone. Then, there was a video interview (management). The third step was an in-person meeting with team members in Berlin. The conversations and the onsite interview were interesting, and I felt welcomed. I was excited about what came next. Unfortunately, I received no feedback after my onsite meeting, neither from the recruiter nor the team. All requests for feedback were ignored. I don't mind getting a rejection if it's not the right fit, but Peakon's behavior felt unprofessional and unfair, considering I invested time and energy in the application and interviews.

Every single person I spoke to from Peakon was delightful and made me want to work with them even more. It became very clear, very early on that they practice what they preach in terms of transparency and how they value their people. There were a few special touches that left a lasting impression on me to the point that even if they didn't offer me the job (thankfully they did) I still would have left a glowing review, definitely the best interview experience I've ever had. The process itself went like this with the recruiter/coordinator diligently checking in after each interview to see how things went and quickly scheduling the next rounds: 1. Phone screen with recruiter (skill fit) 2. Informal video interview with hiring manager (culture fit) 3. Structured video interview with hiring manager 4. In person interview with Co-founder 5. Video interview with 2 potential colleagues 6. Video interview with CEO

Interviewing with Peakon was a really great and positive experience, super fast too. After each interview, HR checked in to see how I felt about it. The same day, the company let me know if I was moving on. There were four stages: 1. HR chat. 2. A meeting with the team lead and a case study. 3. Meeting with an executive. 4. A chat with the team members.
