First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peak Health Solutions.
Project Manager
I got past the initial phone screen and the first in-person interview. When I showed up for the second in-person interview, on time, I had to wait about 30 minutes in the lobby before they led me to the interview room. Then, I waited another 20 minutes for the interviewers to show up. Eventually, the hiring manager arrived, but after about 15 minutes, our interview was interrupted due to some kind of 'emergency.' He asked me to wait, but I had to get back to my current job, so the interview was cut short. He was supposed to call the next day to finish the conversation but never did. On top of that, they spoke negatively about a former employee right in front of me. It was a completely unprofessional experience overall.

Coding Review Consultant
The recruiter was a pleasure to deal with, super quick with emails and answers. The manager I chatted with was awesome too. It was all pretty smooth sailing, honestly. Everyone was on the dot with responses during this bit. There was a test involved, which was tough but good, and it made me feel like the team is solid and that I'd be working with smart people who also aced it. Definitely one of the best companies I've interviewed with so far.
- How do you maintain focus?
Medical Coder
It was a chill but professional vibe. They really wanted to dig into the details of your experience and how you handle changes. You start by chatting with the recruiting team about your background and skills, and they see if your personality clicks. If that goes well, you then talk with the director of HR, and if they think you're a good fit, you'll have a final interview with the person in charge of hiring for HIM.
- Can you tell me about the kinds of charts you've coded before?
INPT Coder
The hiring process was quick and painless. The recruiter handled everything from the exam and paperwork to setting up the interview with the manager. I've never been hired so fast at an interview before. A phone interview was conducted.
- Can you describe your experience?
- What is your educational background?
- What skills or talents do you possess?
