This interview was super weird. They had me and another person interviewed at the same time, we both had to answer the same questions one after the other. It felt like they wanted us to compete and see who was more aggressive and responsive. I was told it was a salaried job on the phone, but in the interview they kept talking about commission. The interviewer dodged salary questions, saying he only talks about it if they decide to make an offer, and even implied that asking about salary means you're not a go-getter. They just wanted us to fill out info on a clipboard and didn't care about our resumes, seemed like they just wanted people to sell cable. The office looked nice though.

The manager mostly talked about their company, explaining their need for people to help expand their client base into new markets. They mentioned this initial interview was just to get a sense of who I am. I'm waiting to hear back from them. This is what they asked me: Are you currently employed? Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are you looking for in a company? How can you translate your skills towards Peak? What kind of leadership roles have you had in the past? How do you motivate people? Do you work well in a team setting?

I applied online and got a call for an interview pretty fast. The process was really quick. The first interviewer asked some questions and then asked when I could start. They commented on my unemployment and pushed me to start ASAP, then set up the next round. The second round had two employees who talked about the company and their daily tasks. They were nice but also really stressed starting right away. After that, I was invited to a third round with a senior person. Before that interview, I had to fill out a short questionnaire with a few questions. At that point, I realized this wasn't the right place for me, so I turned in the sheet and left. As I was walking out, one of the second-round interviewers stopped me to ask if I would at least talk to the third-round interviewer. The third-round interviewer tried to convince me to work there and that I was making a mistake by leaving. They also made rude comments about my unemployment and were unprofessional. I thanked them and left after that meeting.
