Marketing Assistant
So, I gotta be upfront, this job is door-to-door sales, not really marketing as I thought. I saw some reviews beforehand but didn't really get how direct it was until I was there. It was a two-day thing. First, a short 15-minute interview, then another about an hour long on a different day. They had a ton of people interviewing, and they hit everyone with the same pitch: they're not just looking for salespeople, they want to train managers. Sounds cool, but commission-based door-to-door sales is definitely not for everyone. The final interview with the manager was wild – loud music blasting outside his office, and I had to yell to be heard. I was super disappointed. Went in excited for a marketing role, but it's just commission sales looking for disposable people. I would've turned down an offer even if I got one, decided that before I even left. Also, they say they're in Atlanta, but Norcross isn't Atlanta.

Marketing Assistant
I got contacted by an office administrator after applying online. They had a great vibe and seemed to love their job! They told me about the role and set up an interview for the next day. I was super nervous but went and answered all the manager's tough questions. Then, I had a second interview where I met a marketing team member and discussed the job more. That one was way more chill and interactive, and actually pretty fun!
- What qualities make you a strong leader?
- In what ways do you envision developing your career or position?
- What are your aspirations?
Marketing Assistant
It was a 3 part interview over 2 days. Day 1 you meet with an assistant manager. They ask general interview questions to see if you can talk to people. If you get a callback for day 2, they ask mostly about you. Day 2, you interview with a team leader and then the branch manager. They ask more questions about your experience and tell you the pay structure. Then they reveal the job is door to door sales and it's 100% commission.
