Marketing Assistant
The interview process started with a short first interview where the manager explained the basics of the business. I was then offered a second round interview where they explained more in depth on the growth process and the team culture. The interview was straight forward and the manager was able to answer all of my questions clearly. I felt very comfortable they had a very laid back approach to the interview.
- Can you tell me about your three biggest strengths?
Marketing
The interview was great. Samantha at the front desk was really nice and the management staff were very personable. They made me feel super comfortable. I usually get really nervous but I wasn't at all with them. It was the best interview I've ever done. Really excited about my new job.
- What comes to mind when you think of marketing?
- Tell me your favorite animal.
- Describe your favorite animal in three adjectives.
Marketing Assistant
I applied for the marketing assistant job. The first interview was with the owner, who was very nice and informative. It lasted about 20-30 minutes, and I was asked to come back for a second round the next day. The second interview was with a leader at Dunkin Donuts. At this point, the job title and requirements were a bit different from the original ad, and I learned the pay was commission-based (signing people up for Home Depot promotions), which wasn't what I wanted. The third interview was the same day back at the office with the owner again. They emphasized company culture, which I liked and was looking for. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions, but it just wasn't the right fit for me.
- What is the difference between indirect and direct marketing?
