Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PDS Health.
Regional Manager
This interview had 4 people, with 4 different interviews. The people were great and communicated well. It was a complex process but a good way for both sides to see who they would be working with.
- Can you share your experience?
- Describe how you would manage different scenarios.
Regional Manager
The initial recruiter call was very unpolished, and it was clear they hadn't even read my resume. They initiated contact via text to inquire about something but cut me off as I was answering. This confirmed my suspicion that they hadn't reviewed my resume and were relying on outdated information from the career website. A lot of past praise from coworkers who went to work for PDS didn't hold up, as not one of them is still with the company. I reached out to them for feedback and realized that the best thing that happened was this interview debacle.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Regional Manager
The first step was a 30 minute call with the Recruiter. They asked about me, and I liked that they also covered what it takes to be successful, the known challenges in this role, and the timeline for making a decision.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Why are you interested in PDS?
