The interview experience was great, and the office was impressive. The team was really nice and knowledgeable. However, when the offer came, the salary was lower than what we had discussed. They then said that if I wanted the higher salary, I'd have to achieve growth in half the expected time, which wasn't a good way to start. I ended up accepting an offer from another company that paid more than I expected and recognized my potential value.

Overall it was a good experience. The number of interviews felt right for the job. They communicated clearly throughout. I made it to the final round but didn't get the offer in the end. However, I felt the decision was fair and they explained why.

I spoke with HR first, then the Marketing manager reached out. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. The whole process lasted about a month, and they were quick to give me feedback. In total, I had three interviews where I met different people on the team.
