Assistant Manager
You start by applying online, then there's a phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview where you'll tour the Doctor and the office staff. If they like you, a recruiter will get in touch to discuss salary. It's usually a fast process.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Office Manager
It was a short interview and not very informative. They mostly cared about my availability. Seems like they have high turnover and don't offer good work/life balance.
- Would you be willing to work 6 days a week?
Manager
This was a chaotic interview process. I decided to withdraw because the interviewers seemed disorganized and unsure of what they were looking for or why they were interviewing me. They fumbled around and had significant technical problems, which the hiring manager used as a reason to be 10 minutes late. The questions they asked were very basic, feeling more like exam questions than actual assessments of a candidate's fit. Most of it felt like they were asking me what the job title means, things they should have already known. It was a waste of my time.
- Can you define what a project manager is?
