Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PDS Health.
Intern
The interview was with a panel and had simple questions. The staff was really nice and welcoming. It's important to practice interview questions beforehand. Before the interview, they showed me around the facility and then I had the interview in a conference room.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Intern
Applied and the next day got a call to schedule a phone interview for the following week. It went pretty well, we talked about my experience and why I'd be a good fit. Recruiter mentioned an on-site next week, which we scheduled. The interview itself on-site was interesting, it was supposed to be long but I was in and out within half an hour and I was the one asking more questions. A couple hours later they called me and gave me the good news!
- Can you introduce yourself and walk me through your background?
Intern
I had 3 rounds of interviews with HR and 2 directors. It all happened in one week, but they took several days to respond, which was a bit confusing. The interviewers weren't in the office, but in casual settings, making me feel less valued.
- Are you familiar with SQL?
- Do you have experience with A/B testing?
- What is your approach to hypothesis testing?
