You gotta do a quick online test, it's required. It has five basic questions, and each one you only get one minute to answer. After you finish and send it in, you gotta wait for them to get back to you about your status, which usually takes like three to four weeks.

In a tech interview, it usually starts with a screening call to check your background, then technical assessments like coding challenges or Leetcode-style problems. After that, on-site interviews usually happen, including technical rounds, system design discussions, and sometimes behavioral or cultural fit interviews. Technical questions can cover data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and coding challenges. These might involve things like array manipulation, string operations, tree or graph traversals, and more advanced algorithms like dynamic programming or sorting algorithms. Culture questions are to see if you fit within the company culture. They might look at teamwork, communication skills, adaptability, conflict resolution, and how you handle stress. Questions could be about working with colleagues, resolving conflicts, or how you deal with pressure.

Phone interview with the Lead Developer and HR, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person part included an introduction, behavioral questions, and technical questions.
