Project Manager
The interview process had multiple stages, including a phone call, an online meeting, and a final in-person meeting. It was a pretty standard process, and the interviewers were professional. They asked me a lot of scenario-based questions.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced a difficult challenge and how you dealt with it?
Project Manager
2 interview stages, meeting with different people from the teams you'd be working with. One meeting could be online or in person. The first meeting is more of an informal, 'get to know you' type of chat, and the second one is more focused on asking and answering questions. Everyone was really friendly and didn't put a lot of pressure on us. Each meeting is usually about 30-40 minutes long.
- Can you share your strategies for dealing with project management challenges?
- How do you approach conflicts that arise within project teams?
- Give me an example of a project management success you've had.
Project Manager
The interview process itself wasn't too difficult, with mostly basic questions. However, I'm giving a negative review because the company strung me along for three months before I decided to withdraw my application. If you're currently interviewing a candidate who has gone through multiple rounds and followed up diligently, you should consider learning what professional courtesy looks like.
- Can you describe how you manage interactions with internal stakeholders?
