HR contacted me to confirm I was shortlisted and to set up my interview with the team manager/tech lead. Then I interviewed with the tech lead and the engineering manager. Finally, I had a take-home task to complete by a deadline.

First, you'll have an initial chat with HR. Then there's an exam, followed by a panel interview with people from the Philippines. After that, you might have a phone or Skype call with a manager or TL based in Hong Kong. The whole thing could be super fast, like just one day, or it might stretch out over a few weeks. You only move on if you pass each step. If you make it through everything, HR will really try to get you to accept the offer.
