Assistant Manager
Had a phone interview, then waited about 2 weeks, and had another phone interview. After those two phone calls, there was a group interview. Then, I had two face-to-face interviews.
- What salary are you looking for?
- What are you hoping to get out of this role?
- Where would you prefer to work geographically?
Management Trainee
So, the interview process involved two main parts. First, they gave me a mini-business case specific to the industry, which was a tech-business hybrid task where I had to analyze user data and suggest ways to improve the business. Then, I had to do a presentation, for example, pitching a digital product idea aimed at Gen Z users.
- Could you share a project or experience that best shows your interest?
Management Trainee
We had written tests for the first interview, and then a group interview for the second. A few managers showed up for the second one. We had to do a self-introduction, a group task, and then they asked some individual questions.
