The interview process went smoothly, but the computer skills test felt like a waste of time, like they just used it to keep me busy while waiting for the actual interview. The whole thing took about 1 to 2 hours to complete.

I applied online and then got a call the next day to set up an interview. They emailed me an assessment with typing, math, and basic computer knowledge tests. When I went in for the interview, I had to fill out an application again and pick my preferred working hours. After that, I was called back for an interview where they asked me about my past work experience and customer service skills. Although I didn't get the job I originally applied for, they offered me a temporary position from Christmas to February, which I accepted because I needed the money.

First they checked my qualifications and work history. Then I had to take two written tests. One test was about the company's products and services. The other test had multiple-choice questions and an email response section about handling customers. After finishing the tests, I waited over an hour for the interview. There were two interviewers, one from customer service and one from HR. They asked me to introduce myself. Then, they asked for details about my customer service experience and the reasons for leaving my previous job. After that, they explained the job duties and working hours. The interview process went well, and the staff were polite.
