We started with background checking and an English intro, then a Chinese interview covering basic education/experience. Then there were 4 aptitude tests: abstract reasoning, critical thinking, English to Chinese, and Chinese to English translation. The interview part was 15m and tests took 1h45m. The HR was very friendly.
