The first interview was with an Associate and a Partner. The Partner wasn't super friendly, but the Associate was, and overall it was a good experience. The interview room felt more like a lawyer's office than an architect's. A few weeks later, I had my second interview, but the Senior Principal didn't show up, so I ended up talking with two junior people instead. They seemed unprepared, and I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, which felt really unprofessional.
