Case Behavioral

The process was straightforward, though the case studies were quite in-depth. It would be very beneficial to have a solid grasp of the specific role you're applying for. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there wasn't much wiggle room regarding compensation.

Behavioral Technical

I got an initial call from HR about the company and the role. After I said I was interested, I went to the office for the interviews. There were 4 rounds in total. The first 3 were with VPs from their payments and marketplace divisions. They mentioned I'd be placed in a suitable business unit after the interviews. The final round was with an Executive. The first three rounds focused on my experience at my current company and my ongoing projects. The interviewers were friendly, making it feel more like a chat than an interview. The last round had many behavioral and situational questions, likely to assess my fit, decision-making skills, and ability to lead critical projects. I got the offer two days later.

It's like 3-4 rounds total. You'll have two main technical rounds where they dive deep into programming, data structures and algorithms, and system design architecture. Then there's a techno-functional round and also some managerial rounds. They really focus on the work you've done, digging into the concepts and frameworks you used.
