Coding Technical

The recruiter found me on Linkedin and set up the first interview. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and unsure of what to ask a seasoned developer, posing questions that felt irrelevant and basic, almost like practice questions. This first round was unproductive, and the interviewer even questioned my competitive coding background when I took a bit longer on a question, which I found unprofessional and indicative of the company culture. I performed well in the second round too, though the questions weren't really for an experienced person. An offer was extended, but I declined and informed the recruiter about the need for improved conduct.
