Great, 3 rounds in total, and smooth onboarding process. With a PM and a senior PM. They just test basic sql, python, and mostly how you think. Sometimes excel is also asked. Just prepare case interviews from case in point. Be confident and have good conversational skills

In a business analysis interview, you'll often get asked a mix of technical, behavioral, and situational questions. They'll want to know how you've handled tricky business problems before, focusing on your knack for digging into data and spotting trends or issues. Sometimes they'll throw a case study at you to see how you think. You'll probably get asked about how you go about getting business requirements, chatting with people, and writing them down like user stories or specs. Also, expect questions on how you talk to different folks like business peeps, devs, and bosses to keep everyone on the same page and manage what they expect. They might quiz you on knowing business processes or how you'd improve them. You could also be asked about tools like JIRA, SQL, or process software and analysis tricks you've used. Then there are the behavioral bits, checking your people skills – like dealing with fights, teamwork, and handling deadlines or when you have too much on your plate. Depending on the job, you might have to show off some tech skills, like writing SQL or crunching numbers in Excel. Basically, they're checking if you've got the tech chops and can work well with others to sort out business issues.

This was the worst interview I ever faced. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. There were 3 rounds: Round 1: Tech + Puzzles, Round 2: Tech + Case Studies, Round 3: Supposed to be managerial but again case studies and guesstimates were asked. Basic SQL queries were asked in tech interviews and same was to be written in python. The interviewers were so rude, impatient and unprofessional. They were not able to articulate the questions well and were more interested in hearing what they had in mind, not the candidate's approach. My last round was with a manager who didn't want to listen. Why waste people's time if you just want to reject someone? Looking at the interviewers, I can only imagine how horrible it would be to work here.
